Co-Re Tower

Located in the heart of Berlin, surrounded by parks and commercial buildings, this residential and commercial complex is a prime example of modern architecture harmoniously integrated with the urban environment. The building's fragmented form, consisting of several overlapping masses rather than a single block, breaks visual monotony and adds a dynamic character to the city. The multi-story glass atrium, the heart of the project, brings abundant natural light to both the residential and commercial spaces, reinforcing the connection between the interior and exterior. The extensive green terraces and integrated greenery in the design provide residents with outdoor spaces, while also enlivening the environment by adding biophilic elements to the facade. The use of high-quality materials, such as concrete and metal for the structure and glass and metal panels for the facade, creates a modern and sustainable appearance. The complex's functional balance is structured so that the lower floors are dedicated to commercial and cafe units, while the upper floors are reserved for residential units, ensuring the building remains active throughout the day.
