Co-Living/Co-Working Köpenick Berlin

The CAVE project is designed as a modern space in the Köpenick area that creates a transition between living, working, and social life.

The project's main idea is the "Cave" concept. Here, the cave is not a dark space, but a symbol of shelter, community, and social interaction.

The monolithic building volume is carved at various points, creating entrances, terraces, and semi-open spaces. Deep voids and niches give the building a recessed, sheltered character.

The combination of Co-Living and Co-Working functions transforms the building into not just a place to live and work, but a collective environment where people socialize and live together.

The facade's vertical reliefs and recessed window openings complete the "Cave" idea by creating the effect of a weathered, natural surface. As a result, the "Cave" concept expresses more the building's spatial philosophy than its form: a modern collective shelter within the city that protects, brings people together, and creates a transition between living, work, and social life.
