Around the World Tower

This residential and commercial complex, designed in Rotterdam, aims to break the city's monotonous, rigid grid structure. The building's most striking feature is its non-sequential, asymmetrical window pattern, which adds dynamism and a unique atmosphere to the facade. The project features landscaped terraces that change in form and are arranged at different angles as it rises. This structure provides architectural harmony by creating the sensation of the building tapering upwards, while also opening up unique views for each floor. The base below serves a commercial function and connects the tower to street level.
