Can architecture touch a landscape without occupying it?

The core idea of the Silence project begins with this very question. The building is shaped by the principle of minimal intervention in the natural terrain. The structure touches the ground at only one point, and the living volume rises above the landscape, preserving the continuity of the surrounding nature. The glass facades turn the forest into a part of the interior, minimizing the boundary between architecture and nature. An architecture that rises respectfully upon nature, not above it.
